These unique services are designed for children or adults with physical or intellectual challenges. We see ability not disability in everyone and desire to develop each to their full potential.
Our professional caregivers motivate, support and provide any needed care. Our Master prepared social worker creates an individualized plan of care for each client. Goal setting and counseling are utilized to help each client reach their personal best. Life skill coaching helps adults and children gain confidence and advance toward greater levels of independence. Young adults transitioning to independence find this very helpful.
Caring Excellence will help connect you with the appropriate community resources, area services and financial assistance. Transporting clients to physical therapy, doctor appointments, social events and shopping is a great service. Activities that enhance the quality, enjoyment of life and provide socialization are emphasized.
