Sarah’s work experience centers around caring for people in non-profit organizations, hospital settings and even beginning her career as a caregiver herself. A Kentucky native, she understands the deep trust families place in those who care for their loved ones—and she believes that trust must be earned through compassion, consistency, and character.

At Caring Excellence, Sarah plays a hands-on role in selecting and preparing caregivers, seeking individuals who not only have the right skills but also the right heart. She is passionate about building a team defined by integrity, empathy, and a sincere desire to serve others well.

Marcus, a former product management leader turned co-owner of Caring Excellence, brings a unique blend of business acumen and heartfelt dedication to caregiving. His transition into the home care industry was deeply personal; witnessing the compassionate care his mother received inspired him to help families provide the same level of support to their own loved ones.

As a registered nurse with 40 years of healthcare experience I am available to help you navigate through this challenging season.
