I established Caring Excellence in 2013 after caring for my elderly parents. My sincere desire has always been to provide exceptional home care services to seniors in their own home or a facility. As a registered nurse with 40 years of healthcare experience I am available to help you navigate through this challenging season.

Elisabeth Knight is the Owner and Director of Caring Excellence Indiana. She holds a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Louisville and brings more than a decade of experience in supporting older adults and their families.
Since joining Caring Excellence at its founding in 2013, Elisabeth has played a pivotal role in the agency’s growth and success. Her leadership has been instrumental in building strong community relationships, fostering trust among local partners, and ensuring that every client receives compassionate, individualized care.
An expert in services for the aging population, Elisabeth is passionate about providing excellent care to every client honoring independence, dignity, and personal preferences. She believes that excellence in care begins with genuine connection—listening carefully to each client’s needs and creating solutions that enhance both safety and quality of life.
