Enrique joined Caring Excellence in 2020 as a full-time team member, quickly making an impact with his dedication, warmth, and commitment to providing the highest quality care. For two years, he worked tirelessly to ensure our clients received not only the support they needed but also the dignity, respect, and compassion that define Caring Excellence.
Following a Family Dream
In November 2022, Enrique made a big life change. He transitioned from full-time to part-time work with us in order to pursue a dream that was close to his heart: opening a European-style bakery with his daughter. With the encouragement and flexibility offered by Caring Excellence, Enrique and his daughter launched Pinnamel Sweets, a bakery that reflects their shared passion for creating something beautiful together.
We are proud to have supported Enrique in this journey. Just as he dedicated himself to our mission, we were thrilled to provide him with the flexibility and support he needed to follow his family’s dream.
The Next Generation Joins Caring Excellence
The Blanco family’s story doesn’t end there. In a wonderful full-circle moment, Enrique’s son has also joined Caring Excellence, becoming part of our growing family of caregivers. We are delighted to welcome him and continue building on the legacy of compassion and commitment that Enrique began.
