Home Helper and Companion Services

Designed for the client needing supportive care to maintain their independence with activities of daily living or transitioning home after hospitalization or birth of a baby.

• Assist with Exercise
• Assist with Hygiene and Grooming Needs
• Assist with Inside and Outside Walking
• Provide Medication Reminders and Facilitate Client’s Self-Administration of Medications
• Assist with Support Equipment ( Hearing Aids, Dentures, Glasses, Contacts, Cane)

• Plan, Prepare & Clean-Up Meals
• Prepare Future Meals – Monitor Special Diets, Food and Fluid Intake

Designed for the client having consistent personal care and mobility assistance needs due to illness, surgery, aging or disability.

Twenty-Four Hour a Day Services

Designed for clients needing 24 hour care for five to seven days each week. Pricing is very affordable.

• All Home Helper and Companion Services/Personal Care Services are included but at a substantially lower hourly rate to help ease the burden full -time care may bring.
• This a great value for families needing constant, round the clock care for their loved one.
Respite Services

Designed for the client having a family caregiver needing a few hours to several weeks of time away. Clients selects the services based on their needs.

• Ideal for a Family Caregiver Needing Short Term or Unexpected Time Away
• The Service can be on a As Needed Basis there is no hourly minimum
Facility Companion Services

Designed to provide individualized attention for the client in a Personal Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Care, Rehabilitation Facility or Hospital.

• Exceptional Value: Providing reassurance to both client and their families
• All Personal Care and Home Helper Services
• Caregiver gives nonmedical support to client in a Personal Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Care Rehabilitation Facility or Acute Care Hospital
• Individualized Observation
• Companionship and Conversation
• Assistance with Wake Up and Bedtime Care
• Assistance with Meals
• Mental Stimulation with Purposeful Orientation
• Recreational Activities: Games, Puzzles, Cards, Reading, Crafts, Scrapbooking, Photo Albums, etc.
• Write Letters, Correspondence, assist with Bills and Mailings
• Accompany to Activities, Appointments and Tests as Directed by the Healthcare Staff
• Facilitate Client Communication and Needs to Healthcare Staff at Facility
• Contact Person for Family : Very valuable when families are unable to visit regularly

Drop In Care and Safety Checks

Designed for clients needing minimal assistance to remain independent with no hourly minimum.

Transportation Services

Designed for clients needing transport and assistance to physician appointments, physical therapy, testing, radiation, chemotherapy, dialysis, shopping or social events.
